What we access

SaaSGuardAI connects to Google Workspace using OAuth and only requests read-only access required to generate security posture reports.

What we store

• Workspace domain, admin email, and alert email
• Scan results (scores, findings, and evidence summaries used for reporting)
• OAuth tokens required to run scheduled scans

What we do not do

• We do not modify Google Workspace settings
• We do not read email content
• We do not sell your data

Data retention

By default, scan history is retained for reporting. You can disconnect a workspace at any time to remove stored access tokens and scan data.
